o Graduation in any discipline from recognized
University (valid marksheet required at registration).
o Experience: Minimum 18 months as Officer in Public Sector
Bank/Regional Rural Bank (NBFCs, Coop, Private, Finance, Fintech banks not
considered).
o Experience certificate format as per Annexure-I in notification.

Pay Scale (JMGS-I): ₹48,480–₹85,920 +
3 increments* at joining

Probation: 6 months
·
Service Bond: 3 years (bond
amount: 3 months’ gross salary)

Career Path: Promotion and
transfers as per bank policy (no interstate transfer/special branch posting
till SMGS-IV or 12 years’ service)
