📋 Vacancy Details: NAU SRF Post

·         Max Age Limit: 35 years for men, 40 years for women (as per rules; relaxation applicable to SC/ST/OBC as per GoI norms).

✅ Eligibility Criteria: NAU Senior Research Fellow

·         Essential Qualification:

o    Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology OR

o    Master’s degree in Agricultural Entomology with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree

·         Desirable:

o    Relevant research experience evidenced from fellowship/associateship/training or other engagements.

o    Computer application skills.

o    Good communication and writing skills.

🎯 Job Requirements: SRF Entomology

·         Strong written & verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

·         Handling of bio-agents and host insects.

·         Monitoring and data recording of laboratory & field experiments.

·         Survey data collection, compilation, statistical analysis.

·         Document preparation on computer.

💰 Salary Details: SRF Pay Structure

Year	Pay (Per Month) + HRA
1st – 2nd Year	₹37,000 + HRA
3rd Year onward	₹42,000 + HRA

📄 Terms & Conditions:

1.    The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

2.    Duration: From joining till 31 December 2025 (extendable if funds & performance permit).

3.    No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

4.    The appointment can be terminated at any time by giving one week’s notice.

5.    Selected candidate has no claim for further employment at NAU after project completion.
