Educational Qualification and other details: 

Graduate

(૧) એપ્રેન્ટીસ કલાર્ક માટે : માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી મીનીમમ 40% માર્ક સાથે ગ્રેજયુએટની ડીગ્રી ધરાવતા, તેમજ કોમ્પ્યુટરના જાણકાર ઉમેદવારોને આ પોસ્ટ માટે લાયક ગણવામાં આવશે.

(૨) સપ્ટેમ્બર-૨૦૨૧ પછી ગ્રેજયુએશન પૂર્ણ કરેલ ઉમેદવાર અરજી કરી શકશે.

શરતો:

(૧) ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક માટે કાયદેસરનો કરાર કરવામાં આવશે અને કરારનો સમયગાળો પુરો થતાં કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંકનો અંત આવેલો ગણાશે.

(૨) ૧૧ માસ માટેના કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક પામેલ ઉમેદવારને સ્ટાઈપેન્ડ ચુકવવામાં આવશે અને તે સિવાયના અન્ય લાભો મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહિ.

(૩) ૧૧ માસ માટેના કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક પામેલ ઉમેદવાર બેંકના રૂલ્સ અને રેગ્યુલેશન સ્પષ્ટપણે લાગુ પડશે અને તેનું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.

(૪) કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક પામેલ ઉમેદવારોની નિમણુંક એપ્રેન્ટીસ કલાર્ક તરીકે હંગામી રહેશે અને તેઓ બેંકના કાયમી કર્મચારી ગણાશે નહિ.

(૫) કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક પામેલ ઉમેદવારોની નિમણુંક બેંકના કાર્યક્ષેત્રમાં બદલીને પાત્ર રહેશે અને બેંક વહીવટી કારણોસર બેંકની કોઈપણ શાખામાં કે હેડ ઓફીસમાં બદલી કરવા હકકદાર રહેશે.

(૬) કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક કરવા અંગેની જગ્યાઓ તથા અન્ય કોઈપણ શરતો/વિગતોમાં ફેરફાર કરવા કે રદ કરવાનો બેંકને અબાધિત અધિકાર રહેશે.

(૭) કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોની યાદીમાંથી મૌખિક ઈન્ટરવ્યુ આપવાનો રહેશે.

(૮) કરાર આધારિત નિમણુંક કરવાનો આખરી નિર્ણય બેંકનો રહેશે.

(૯) બોર્ડ ઓફ એપ્રેન્ટીસમાં કોન્ટ્રાકટ એપ્રુવ થયા બાદ જ નિમણુંક આપવામાં આવશે.
