Educational Qualification and other details:
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’-
Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream with 60% Marks (55% Marks For SC / ST / PH) from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.
Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) –
Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream from any recognized University in India will be eligible for this post.

Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 25 years
The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive)

Pay Scale:
Candidates selected for the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) AM & Executive post will get a salary as scheduled by the Government. The other allowances will be applicable as per the rules. The salary details are given below.
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’
On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
Executive-
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the following stages
i) Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ -
The selection process shall comprise of
Online Test(OT),
Document Verification (DV),
Personal Interview (PI) and
Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
ii) Executive –Sales and Operations (ESO):
The selection process shall comprise of
Online Test(OT),
Document Verification (DV)and
Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Exam Pattern:
The Online written test exam pattern for Junior Assistant Manager & Executive Recruitment 2023 is given below. 0.25 will be deducted as a penalty for wrong answers.
