Educational Qualification and other details:

Junior Officer

The incumbent should hold a master’s degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communications & Journalism/ English language/ Rural Management with at least 55% marksin qualifying exams. Work experience in Public Relations and Communications is desirable. The incumbent should have excellent organizational skills, communication skills in English and Hindi - written and verbal - and good interpersonal skills. Skill in MS Office, image editing, and video editing as well as, website management, Google AdWords, and social media marketing is a must.

Research Associate

A. Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 50% marks in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science

B. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati language

C. Proficiency in handling MS office

D. Excellent command over oral and written English & Gujarati language

E. Experience in carrying out qualitative data collection, transcription, and analysis

F. Experience in carrying out questionnaire design, data collection, and analysis

Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software namely Atlas Ti or NVivo will be an added advantage.
