1. Chief
Program Officer, DIKSHA 01
1. Postgraduate Master’s
in Business Administration having 20+ Years of work experience. 2. Minimum 10
years of experience in working with senior government officials at national and
state level. 3. Experience of leading large teams of diverse skill sets
including policy and its implementation, planning, technical, data &
analytics, outreach, solutions, product, budgeting and program management. 4.
10+ Yrs. of experience working with large global consulting firms or large
technology firms managing government projects. 5. Proven leadership experience
in design, implementation and management of large programs 6. Should have led
at least 2 transformational projects in govt/public sector at national scale;
experience of having led education technology sector either at state or central
level will be preferred. 7. Should have led the public procurement process for
large government projects . 8. Having international working experience related
to Social Sector. 9. Experience in formulating national level technology
blueprint / policy with central government department(s)/official(s) 10.In
depth understanding of school education policies, existing schemes and systems.
11.Deep understanding of Open Source Solutions with population scale
implementation capabilities.
2. Senior

level 3. Ability to lead a specialist team, create project plans and
dashboards, drive execution and manage multiple projects/tracks at a time 4.

Should have implemented at least 2 transformational projects in govt/public
sector at national scale. 6. Experience in defining/creating knowledge tools,
SOPs, frameworks for ed-tech initiatives/solutions. 7. In depth understanding
of school education policies 8. Having extensive experience working with states
and UT’s for adopting national level programs

1. Post Graduate in Management/Statistics/Science
or equivalent having 20+ years of experience in product management, with at
least 5 years experience in developing solutions in the Education domain
serving a variety of personas including children, parents, teachers and
education officials. 2. Demonstrated capabilities of building and managing
highly scalable products and solutions at societal scale using hyper scalable
cloud platforms 3. Deep understanding of the following for national level
platform Extreme automation· Scale system· Security· Performance· 4.
Ability to understand and design software as building blocks that can be used
to develop multiple platforms, applications and solutions. 5. Should have
strong communication skills, the ability to build trust, set goals, and get
things done. 6. Has understanding of government policies and standards in the
areas such as - API access, data privacy and protection, accessibility 7.
Should be aware and sensitive about child protection and privacy in using
digital technologies, understanding of current data, privacy laws 8. Should be
a self-starter who prioritizes understanding systems and products inside out,
and makes it a mission to deliver quality products. Page 8 of 11 9. Should have
experience with prioritization and stakeholder management 10. Should have
experience in mobile and web apps with a focus on consumer user experience
supporting multiple languages and demographics. 11. Should have experience in

5. Head of

1. Bachelors in
Technology/IT/Science or equivalent having 20+ years of experience in
Operations management 2. Should have at least 5+ years of experience in the
education domain. 3. Should have at least 10+ years of experience in
demonstrating capabilities of building and managing highly scalable products
and solutions with the ability to run them in hyperscale cloud environments. 4.
Good knowledge of programming and scripting languages like Java, Scala, Spark,
NodeJS, Python 5. Deep Understanding of Container orchestration services like
Docker Swarm, Kubernetes (preferably) 6. Working knowledge of Monitoring Stacks
and CI / CD tools 7. Should have strong communication skills, the ability to
build trust, set goals and define processes, and get things done with multiple
