Educational Qualification and other details: 

Advisor – Information Technology (IT)

The Advisor - IT should have formal Masters level qualifications (from a reputed Institute) or proven extensive background in Computer Science/ Information Technology. Professional Certificates will be an added advantage.

He/she should have minimum of 20 years of professional experience out of which 10 years must be in the field of IT at a senior level.

It is desirable that the person suitable for this role should have direct exposure to· educational institutes

Age: Up to 65 years as on the last date of application. Retired professionals satisfying the above criteria can also apply

Academic Associates for Various Areas/centres

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Development Studies/Social Sciences such as Economics / Agricultural Economics / Development Economics / Rural Management, Statistics, or any other related field or MBA in agribusiness or rural with relevant experience. Candidates with two years of experience in teaching and/or research experience will be given preference. Good analytical skills, excellent communication and writing skills and knowledge of computer applications are required. Knowledge of econometrics and/or advanced statistical skills will be an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently. Additionally, candidates are expected to show the willingness to travel and the ability to get connected well with rural India, in case if required.

Assistant Manager-eLearning

The candidate should be a graduate (full time) from any reputed university and should have minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Executive (eLearning)

The candidate should be a graduate (full time) with first class from any reputed university having 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Research Associate – Computing and Data Science

Applicants should have an undergraduate/graduate degree in engineering/operations research/ management science/applied mathematics/ economics, or other-related fields (from Tier-I institutions only) with a strong exposure to programming before the appointment begins. Further, strong written and oral communication skills are a must

Research Associate – Market Research

Applicants must have a B.E./B.Tech (or equivalent in any discipline) or a B.S./B.A. (in· economics, finance, management, or a closely related social science field) degree from a top-tier institution with outstanding grades. Preference will be given to applicants with a relevant master’s degree (specifically in management, economics, finance, or a closely related social science field).

Research Assistant

Postgraduate degree in economics. Candidates with a relevant postgraduate degree, with strong quantitative and research skills are also encouraged to apply.
