VNSGU Qualification

Computer Engineering, B.Tech Computer Engineering, B.E. Information Technology etc.) or equivalent degree from a UGC-recognized university. Selected candidates must pass the CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) and Hindi/Gujarati higher-level examinations during their five-year contractual period if not already passed.
Junior Clerk/Typist	1. A Bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized university.2. A certificate of basic computer application knowledge from a recognized institute, as per General Administration Department, Gandhinagar resolutions number CRR-10-2007-120320-G.5 dated 13-08-2008 and 18-03-2016.Selected candidates must pass the CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) and Hindi/Gujarati higher-level examinations during their five-year contractual period if not already passed.

Desirable Qualifications

For Junior Clerk/Typist: Prior experience in university or government departments.

VNSGU Age Limit

The upper age limit is 35 Years for all posts. Relaxation applies as per university/state government norms.

VNSGU Salary

Post	Pay Level / Pay
Technical Assistant (D.C.A.) & Computer Operator (D.C.A.)	Fixed Salary of Rs. 49,600/- per month for the first five years. After successful completion of five years: Pay Matrix Level-07 (Rs. 39,900 - 1,26,600) as per 7th Pay Scale.
Junior Clerk/Typist	Fixed Salary of Rs. 26,000/- per month for the first five years. After five years completion: Pay Matrix Level-02 (Rs. 19,900 - 63,200) as per 7th Pay Scale.

Recruitment for the above-mentioned posts shall be as per Resolution No. Khrch/2002/57/Z1, dated 16-02-2006, and Resolution No. Khrch/2002/57/(Part-4)/Z.1, dated 18-10-2023, of the Finance Department, with fixed pay for the first five years.
