The Mission Vatsalya Scheme, implemented by the Social Security Division, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Government of Gujarat, has announced recruitment for various contractual posts in the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) and Government Children's Home for Boys in Devbhumi Dwarka District.

Educational Qualification

Legal-cum-Probation Officer (LCPO)

• LLB from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Government/NGO/Legal matters.
• Good understanding of Women & Child Rights and Protection issues.

Social Worker

• Graduate, preferably B.A. in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences from a recognized University.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Government/NGO in Women & Child Development.
• Computer proficiency is required.

Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator

• 12th Pass from a recognized Board.
• Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Government/NGO.

Counsellor

• Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counselling from a recognized University.
• OR PG Diploma in Counselling & Communication.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Computer proficiency is required.

Probation Officer / Child Welfare Officer / Case Worker

• Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences or LLB from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Government/NGO/Legal matters.
• Good knowledge of Women & Child Rights.
• Computer proficiency is required.

Art & Craft-cum-Music Teacher

• 3-Year Music Visharad Course / ATD (Art Teacher Diploma) / B.A. in Music.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

PT Instructor-cum-Yoga Trainer

• DPED / C.P.Ed / B.P.Ed.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Cook

• 10th Pass from a recognized Board.

Housekeeper

• 10th Pass from a recognized Board.
