1.   Psychometric Test: Qualified candidates will first appear for an online Psychometric Test. This test evaluates personality traits, attitude, and suitability for the Assistant Manager role. No marks are awarded for this stage; it simply supports the interview evaluation.

2.   Interview (Phase III / Personality Test): Candidates will subsequently be called for the Interview round. It will be conducted in a hybrid mode or at specific centers, lasting 20–40 minutes (in English or Hindi). The interview carries a maximum of 50 marks and holds a 20% weightage toward the final selection.
