GSERC Shikshan Sahayak Recruitment 2024: School Selection for List-A Candidates
The Gujarat State Secondary and
Higher Secondary Educational Staff Recruitment Selection Committee (GSERC) has released an important notification regarding the Government Higher Secondary
School Shikshan Sahayak Recruitment 2024 (Advertisement No. 04/2024). This update
concerns candidates listed in “List-A” who were not allocated schools earlier due to limited
choices.
Following a decision taken in the meeting on 13/11/2025 and in
the context of High Court case SCA 13456/2025, eligible candidates are being
given a chance for Online School Selection.
The window for school selection is open until 12 December 2025 (11:59 PM).
Candidates must complete the process on the official website immediately. 🚀

Instructions for School Selection
Candidates
must follow these steps carefully to ensure their choices are locked:
1.
Log in: Visit
the official website and log in to your account.
2.
Select
Schools: Choose your preferred schools from the available list.
3.
Save
& Confirm:
o You
must click the “Save & Confirm” button
to finalize your selection.
o An OTP will
be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to submit.
o Warning: If you do not “Save &
Confirm”, your selection will not be considered
for allocation.
4.
Print: After
confirmation, go to the ‘HOME’ tab and select ‘View School Selection’ to
download and print the PDF of your selected schools. Keep this safe.
Note: Once
confirmed, no changes can be made to the school selection. Ensure you complete
this process before the deadline.
