Educational Qualification and other details: 

> Vice President: Any Graduate + Post Qualification Experience: Total experience - 7 years of which CC of Banks – 3 years or Bank BPO – 3 years or Other BPO – 4 years (Operations).

 

> Senior Special Executive: Any Graduate + Post Qualification Experience: Total experience - 5 years of which CC of Banks – 2 years or Bank BPO – 2 years or Other BPO – 3 years. (Operations).

 

> Senior Vice President & Head: MBA / PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in MBA (Marketing) with Finance as one of the subjects or MBA (Finance) with marketing as one of the subjects or MBA (Dual) Specialization in Finance & Marketing + Minimum 14 years post qualification experience.

 

> Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager: Graduate (any discipline) & MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Finance + Minimum 12 / 10 years post qualification experience.
