Educational Qualification and other details: 

IT infrastructure & Facility management to ensure service delivery to end users

  Ensure good health of local IT servers, IT networks, PC's/Laptops, IT peripherals with timely replacement/upgradation of hardware and technology

 Ensure timely installation of IT service and devices inclusive of but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, network components, VC, etc

 Performance monitoring, trouble shooting, back up, restoration of local Servers as per business requirement

  Ensuring proper functioning of Local Area Network and WAN Link (Data/VC), liaise with network service provider in case of outage for quick restoration for location

  Ensure uptime of all assets including network, desktops, printers, VC etc.

 Close Coordination with central IT team for all IT related issue and guidance

 Monitoring and control for Information Security, user administration, licensing, network parameters based on organizational policies and procedures etc

 Proactive planning and sizing of IT landscape with cost effective technologies

 Coordination with vendors and service providers for supply, delivery, maintenance, warranty, repairs etc.

 Work with other IT Support teams when escalating tickets for final resolution

 Assist in the set-up of conference rooms for Video conference meetings

 Track and record any change in equipment assignation into Asset Management System, including inventory of PC's, Mobile devices, etc.

  Receive and store equipment from vendors as requested by Customer

  Triaging and coordination with OEM partner for support of audio and video conferencing equipment and peripherals

 Incident and Service request Management.

 Anti-Virus & Security Tools management such as BitLocker, FireEye etc.

 Work on Incident Reduction & Automations.

 Knowledge of Tools such as SCCM & Big Fix.
