O.M.R. Instruction for filling

 1. Question Booklet number and O.M.R. Answer sheet number should be identical according to your roll number. If the question booklet and O.M.R. If the answer sheet is not received, contact the room inspector immediately.

2. Write the question bookletseries exactly as shown in the sample and encode in OMR.

 3. Completely encode the circle of correct answer in front of the question number in the OMR sheet as shown in the sample.

 

4. If you do not want to answer a question, encode the circle of the 'E' option as shown in the sample in front of the question number so that the marks of that question will not be deducted.

5. Candidate should write the name of the examination, date of examination and date of birth in the space provided on the OMR Sheet (Answer Sheet).

6. Candidate should make his signature compulsory on the OMR sheet (AnswerSheet) at the prescribed place and get the signature of the block inspector signed.

 Special Instructions: 1. Use only Blue / BlackBallpointeen with a blue / black ink ball pen.

2. Do not use Whitner or WhiteFluid Ink on OMR sheet.
