1) MSW/B.Sc with 3 years experience in the field of health OR Passed High School/Higher sec.

or equivalent and holding recognised PMW Training certificate

2)Basic Computer knowledge

3)Age up to 40 years on 1/42022

4) Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in National Leprosy Eradication

Programme

Job Profile No

"To support the Block /PHC Medical officer or the Urban Leprosy centre in carrying out all NLEP activities

"To maintain master register and other records related to NLEP

"To Prepare monthly progress report

(MPR).

*To ensure availability of MDT Drug at all level

* Intensification of supervision in the blocks PHC area and completion of treatment in urban localities

 *Any other activity in the interest the programme
